I offer a year long only client centred program wherein I partner with you to achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals. It just takes 15-20 minutes a day and doesn't require prescribed diets. We work together to build a foundation of healthy lifestyle behaviours, one habit at at time, giving you long lasting results. We will work together to determine the best path for you powered by Precision Nutrition's interactive ProCoach platform.

With my physical job I wanted to know more about what is healthy for my body and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I have always wanted this knowledge so I can pass it over to my future kids so they never have to wonder what they should and shouldn’t be eating either.
I have been doing the coaching for about 4 weeks now and have already noticed extreme changes in my life. I have noticed that when I eat slowly, I feel satisfied with my food and eat less then i did before. Eating slowly has also given me patience in other areas of my life as well which is crazy that one small habit or change can effect so many things.
Doing the workout lessons I learned that I was standing incorrectly. I have been having lower back issues for a long time and never would have guessed that my posture and how I stand ever day was causing the pain. I have been aware of my posture ever since and it has extremely eliminated the pain in my lower back enabling me to do more with my ability to dance and teach. My every day life has gotten easier since there is no pain weighing me down.
